Orientation for SMEs in the digital transformation: The VISITS approach model for Smart Technical Services is online!

The adaptive VISITS approach model is an interactive offer for companies, employees as well as interest groups and provides numerous aids especially for SMEs from production-related services in the digital transition.

Companies in the technical services sector have to react to a variety of new challenges. Customer requirements are changing and leading to more cooperation and communication. For these new interaction needs, personnel, organisational and technical adjustments must be implemented in the technical service companies. To support this, the research project "Networking and Interaction Work in Smart Technical Services - VISITS", funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, formulated a model of good smart interaction work and developed a procedure model for implementation.
