Antonio Isopp successfully defended his dissertation on the transformation progress of the German automotive industry on March 16.

Antonio (“Toni”) Isopp successfully defended his dissertation on March 16. It focuses on the progress of transformation in the German automotive industry. In his work, Toni developed a metric to measure this progress in terms of the circular economy. The answer is 59.8 percent—an astonishing result that he skillfully interprets in terms of content and enriches with the details that led to this one key figure. Toni has succeeded in making change, which is usually described in qualitative terms, measurable using an innovative methodology and also embedding this approach in a sociological transformation model. Congratulations on the successful dissertation!
